  I've gone to this ER many times in the past, and I was rarely satisfied with the level of care I received. Today -- that changed. I have to admit not only was I shocked with the improvement on wait time, but I was pleased to see a great deal of equipment upgrades and plans for expansion. It was very clean, too! The doctor smiled, she was not in a hurry, and she said because my case was complicated she was going to handle me personally; She was a supervisor. Not only did I feel SAFE, I felt happy when I was eventually discharged because they did thorough testing - so I can sleep sound knowing the treatment was effective and I can follow up with my primary for any further concerns. This visit was night and day compared to the rest. This visit alone has made me feel confident enough to return for any future emergency I, or my children, experience. So long, Providence!

  Never in my life have I ever received such excellent care in a medical facility. I stayed in their ICU for three days and I found all staff to be kind, empathetic, professional and responsive to my needs. Such wonderful people. To add to that, the food was excellent! Thank you Capital Medical Center!
