  The staff is too busy to pay attention to their patients. When I was pregnant, I went to get my first ultrasound. While in the room, the excitement was instantly extinguished by the technician saying over and over again, "This is not normal." I was told that someone would call me the next day to give me more information on the situation. I waited anxiously for 3 days and never heard from anyone. I called the office and found that I had been forgotten about. They had a doctor look at the results and call me back the same day to tell me that I didn't have a viable pregnancy and that I would have to have a D&C the following week. You can imagine how I felt after this experience but the poor care only continued. After I received my D&C I had to get my blood taken weekly to monitor my hormones. This was a weekly reminder of what I had to go through. I often had to leave work early to do this, and most times I had to go back the next day because my order hadn't been sent to the lab from the doctor's office. The staff that I worked with at this clinic has good intentions but bad follow through. I can only assume they have too many patients and not enough care providers. I have a friend who had a wonderful experience at this clinic with Dr. Sianie so I'm hopeful that my experience was an exception and not the norm. I'm not ready to give up on this clinic yet and hope that future exeperiences are positive and that the anxiety will go away.

  I've had two kids here and a biopsy/procedure. I have never had an issue with any of the receptionist "being rude" and they all have been friendly and helpful. The Nurses are amazing along with the doctors! When I was suppose to get my biopsy done, I kinda freaked out and they were very kind and listened to me. The doctor allowed me to go ahead and schedule an out patient procedure so I could be put to sleep, which made me feel more comfortable. When I had my baby, my partner wanted to do the delivery, and he got to do the whole thing and sit exactly where the doctor would normally sit. It was the greatest experience and I'm so glad the doctors were completely fine with it!
