  I had an absolutely horrible experience going here. First off, I should have known it wouldn't be a good experience when I hobbled by a neon sign in the shape of a foot in their window. Check in was fairly easy, the gals at the desk were kind at the time. I got taken back and seen into a room with NO BLINDS ON THE WINDOWS (the room was right in front of the parking lot and front door so everyone could see me in there, shoeless, and in pain). They took some x-rays and did an ultrasound in my foot that revealed some painful issues. The doctor comes in, sticks a giant needle in my foot without telling me what is in the needle or what exactly it's supposed to do. They used a freezing type spray that's supposed to help with the pain.......Bullshit. I was in tears and trying not to scream while they slowly injected god only knows what into my heel...all while keeping the exam room door OPEN!! Yes...They didn't bother to close my door...not only that but I could hear EVERY OTHER PATIENT in the office!!! My mother, who in the main waiting room had to close the door that leads from reception to the exam rooms because SHE could hear everything that was going on. The ladies at the desk just watched her do it after it had been open about 20 minutes...They couldn't be bothered to get up to close it in the interest of patient confidentiality. Immediately after they finished, I felt this horrible burning in my foot. They told me to do some stretches and ice it...both of which I did despite it being even more painful than when I went it. I spent the next week in my office chair rolling around work because I couldn't put any weight on my foot at all. They called me to make a second appointment and I blocked their number. These people do NOT care about you. The "doctor" immediately dismissed everything I said and what two previous doctors had said. They will not explain things and they do not give a crap about patient confidentiality. Thanks to them, my foot is about 80 percent worse (and it already was bad with a horrible bone spur) and my only option (because of my limited insurance) is to wait until NEXT YEAR to get another referral . That's going to be a YEAR of popping OTC pain meds by the handful and a HUGE amount of pot just to function day to day. TL;DR: There are some people who are made to be doctors...they are not one of them: No bedside manner, no concept of patient confidentiality, ZERO COMPASSION, and all in all, just plain terrible.

  I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The waiting room was very welcoming and nice. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful with scheduling my next appointment. There was a brief wait before I saw the doctor and he was very kind and took time to hear about my myriad foot problems. I did not feel rushed or that the doctor was hurrying me through. I was in the room that faces the parking lot and they have covered the windows and it is a very pleasant look. If you are looking for a good clinic for any of your foot needs definitely check this place out!
